Tim Griffin, once a prosecutor from Virginia, diligently served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, overseeing thousands of criminal and constitutional cases. Over the past four years, he has championed Constitutional Rights and Election Integrity nationwide while working with organizations such as the American Voter’s Alliance, Amistad Project, and Thomas More Society. Tim boasts a diverse legal background, holding expertise in areas like Election, Constitutional, Criminal, Administrative, and Education Law, as well as the Freedom of Information Act. Beyond the courtroom, Tim also instructs as a university professor in the areas of United States Constitution, Civil Procedure, Criminal Justice, and American Legal History.
